Teen Barre classes are fusion of Dance, Pilates, Yoga and Fitness techniques all done to the latest pumping music tracks. It’s a 50 minute non-stop, fun-filled and heart racing class that will leave you inspired and energized. Your core will be activated, your posture will be spot on and your confidence will soar.
Teen Barre is suitable for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you currently take 3 classes in dance a week or have never danced before. These classes will help you gain strength, increase flexibility, and improve coordination without the need for a tutu or end of year concert. No pressure! No stress!
Bookings are essential and you can join in (prorate) after the term has already started or do a casual drop in class.
All our instructors are highly trained and expert Dance, Pilates and fitness trainers.
