Minimum sign up term for these memberships are 4 months.

Signing up to a membership means you will have fortnightly payments deducted from your nominated debit credit card or credit card (payments are subject to usual bank charges)
Declined payments will incur a $1.00 fee for everyday that payment is not received. This will be added to your fortnightly payment.

After the initial 4 months sign up period, ongoing fortnightly payments will continue automatically unless you cancel your membership with 14 days notice via email.

Cancellation Policy

Membership is subject to booking conditions. If you book for a class and you can’t make it then you need to cancel this class online within the required time period. If repeated classes are booked and not attended, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership.

Please note we have a 4-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be done online at least 4 hours before your booking. Although there are no late fees on this contract, My Mama Said reserves the right to enforce a 14 days lockout period from pre-class bookings into classes if late cancellations exceed more than 2 per month.

Suspensions & Contract Cancellation

To place your membership on hold or to cancel your membership, two weeks’ notice must be given to us via email. We can only accept this notice to us in email form. Memberships can be suspended from 7 days to 3 months. Only  1 suspension permitted every 4-month period.

We guarantee that we will have a minimum of 20 classes per week available to choose from at any given time (excluding and subject to public holiday periods).

All classes must be redeemed by the same member. Your membership cannot be shared with any other person.

This membership cannot be used for courses or workshops. These services are provided at extra costs.

We reserve the right to  make changes to timetables and instructors without notice.
