Bookings, Attendance and Payment

  • Introductory Offer of $60 for 5 classes is available to brand new clients ONLY of My Mama Said. It can only be purchased once and CANNOT be extended. This pass is valid for all classes.
  • All purchases are deemed final, are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. NO refunds are permitted for partial use of class packs or memberships.
  • In the case of a serious injury we will require a medical certificate in order to extend the expiry date of a session pack. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiration date. In the event that a refund is issued a medical certificate will need to be supplied and transactions/administration fees deducted.
  • Classes are not transferable to another individual and cannot under any circumstances be used by another person.
  • Payment for classes must be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking online or on the MMS App.
  • To ensure your safety and avoid disruption to the class, latecomers who are more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted to class.
  • Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. My Mama Said reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.
  • Classes are for clients 15 years and over. Clients under 18 years of age will need their parent or guardian to sign a waiver form before they can participate in class.

Cancellation Policy

Private Sessions & Corporate Bookings: A 24hr cancellation policy applies

Group classes:  A 4 hour cancellation policy strictly applies.

All cancellations must be done by the client online 4 hours before the class starts. Phone calls and emails will not be accepted. We strongly suggest downloading the MMS App on your phone. It is the most convenient way to book/cancel your classes. Late cancellations/No Shows will not be offered a refund.

In the event of a late cancellation (within 4 hours of class starting) or a ‘no-show’ you will forfeit the class. If you are on a membership and late cancel /no show for a class that is booked out at any point, then you will incur a $10 fee. This fee will automatically be deducted from your stored billing details.

All no shows will incur a $10 fee whether the class is booked out or not. Please let us know if you are coming or not to avoid this fee.

Waitlist Policy

If a class you wish to book into is full please join the waiting list. You will then receive a notification via text when you have been bumped off the list into the class. You must reply to the text immediately on your decision to attend the class otherwise it is presumed you are attending.

If you are on the waitlist and are not intending to go to your class, you will still be charged the session as the waitlist opens up inside the 4 hour cancellation period. To avoid losing your session/or being charged a fee please cancel off the wait list before the 4 hour mark. My Mama Said is not responsible if you miss your notifications. Keep your notifications turned on. Please log into your account via the MMS app or the website to double check your bookings.

Memberships

Fortnightly Memberships

  • Minimum sign up term is 4 months (8 x fortnightly payments).
  • If you decided to cancel your membership before the contract finishes you will be required to pay out the full contract.
  • You are entitled to BOOK 1 x class per day.
  • Memberships are entitled to one suspension every 4 months. You must submit your request VIA EMAIL and 2 weeks before the suspension start date. See Full Membership Terms & Conditions for more details
  • $10 Late cancellation and no shows fees apply. If you are not willing to pay the late fees then do not book into classes unless you are 100% sure that you will be attending. No exceptions will be made due to limited class sizes.
  • All memberships require a valid credit card or debit credit card details to be stored in order to process payments. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Upfront Memberships

  • 1  Month Memberships are valid for 30 days and are not permitted a suspension.
  • All upfront Memberships are entitled to book in for ONE class per day only.
  • 12  Month Memberships are permitted ONE suspension of up to 30 days maximum.
  • 6 Month Memberships are permitted ONE suspension of up to 14 days maximum.
  • $10 Late cancellation and no shows fees apply. If you are not willing to pay the late fees then do not book into classes unless you are 100% sure that you will be attending. No exceptions will be made due to limited class sizes.
  • All memberships require a valid credit card or debit credit card details to be stored in order to process payments. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. Courses, Workshops, Masterclasses and Challenges are non refundable or transferable and cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other special offer.

Training Courses are offered through Barre Instructors Australia. (BIA) please refer to the terms and conditions on their website

 

Online Subscription

A subscription with My Mama Said P/L means that you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Signing up to this membership will mean that you will have a monthly fee deducted from your nominated account. (payments are subject to usual bank charges).

Timetables and instructors on the online streaming schedule may change without notice.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial membership periods or if you have not used the service. Please make sure you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership. No refunds will be issued.

How to cancel your membership.

To cancel your membership simply log into your Namastream account. Click on the “My Account” tab located in the top right corner. Then scroll down until you see a list of “Active Purchases”. Click on the drop down menu for the subscription that you’d like to cancel and select “Cancel Subscription“.

You can cancel your subscription at anytime however there are no refunds so you will need to cancel your subscription before your next payment. You are responsible for managing and cancelling your Online Membership.

Personal Agreement

I agree that My Mama Said Pty Ltd is in no way responsible for my personal belongings whilst I attend class. I agree to participate in classes knowing that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I have disclosed any previous illnesses, injury or disease. I acknowledge that I have sought appropriate medical advice in relation to any previous illnesses, injuries or disease and I am aware that they may be exasperated or prevent me from executing the class safely.

I agree that I, my family, assigns or legal representatives will not make any legal claims of any kind against My Mama Said Pty Ltd or its representatives and members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or any other matter.

In the case of any theft of your personal property, you must report it to a staff member of My Mama Said Pty Ltd immediately.
