4 Week Beginner Reformer Course

Always wanted to try Reformer Pilates but feel a little intimidated by those big and beautiful machines?
Or perhaps you love Pilates and just need a little more guidance? This course could be for you!
The 4 weeks include:
  • Learning which springs to use and when.
  • Understanding how to move and use the whole Reformer (including moving the foot bar, adjusting the straps).
  • Gain an understanding of the fundamentals of a basic Pilates class including breathing, coordination, concentration, and control.

Only 6 spots are available to ensure you are guided the whole way to gain a full understanding of Pilates done on the Reformer.

Barre Instructor Course – 50hrs

Barre Instructors Australia is excited to announce it will be delivering its first Barre Teacher Training.
This course is tailored to draw on your current strengths, skills and personality to deliver an excellent quality Barre class.
You will receive a strong grounding of the fundamentals and learn how to put together a safe, effective and successful Barre class. This course is for anyone that has an interest in Barre training. A Certificate III or higher in Dance, Fitness, Pilates, Yoga or equivalent is highly recommended.
