Always wanted to try Reformer Pilates but feel a little intimidated by those big and beautiful machines?
Or perhaps you love Pilates and just need a little more guidance? This course could be for you!
The 4 weeks include:
- Learning which springs to use and when.
- Understanding how to move and use the whole Reformer (including moving the foot bar, adjusting the straps).
- Gain an understanding of the fundamentals of a basic Pilates class including breathing, coordination, concentration, and control.
Only 6 spots are available to ensure you are guided the whole way to gain a full understanding of Pilates done on the Reformer.
