
Welcome to four weeks of slowing down, breathing more consciously, and developing a yoga practice to support mobility, strength, and nervous system regulation. You don’t need flexibility, just a sense of curiosity about how yoga can benefit your body and mind.
Expect hands-on corrections, modifications and receive personalised feedback to apply to your practice.
All levels are catered for by the facilitator.
