Slow Flow Extended Practice

Join Georgia for 90-minutes of heated slow flow to warm you heart and your body. Move with intention to steady the mind.

This longer practice allows us to go deep, exploring the poses and our inner-worlds. Warm the body, challenge the mind and align with the heart in this strong steady practice.

Expect slow, intentional movement with longer holds—around 5 breaths per pose—and flowing Vinyasa transitions throughout.
