A full moon VIBE is a beautiful and energizing experience.
The full moon is associated with deep emotion, a sense of completion and spiritual growth, making it an ideal time to focus on releasing what no longer serves you and setting new intentions. We will acknowledge the lunar cycle as our ancestors have done for thousands of years with a cleansing, intention setting, ecstatic dance, deep stretch, journal reflection, and meditation.
